RETURN TO SENDER

Any reshipping services are at the sole discretion of Fire And Light. If a package is returned to us because of an undeliverable address, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If goods are returned to us back at our facility, a refund will be offered less the postal expense.

If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, Fire And Light reserves the right to deduct a $14 restocking fee from the refund of the order. Furthermore, Fire And Light reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed, and we are not obligated to re-send them at our expense.

Below are common reasons as to why a package may be marked Return To Sender:

  • The shipping address provided at checkout was invalid or inaccurate.
  • Forwarding instructions at the provided address are unavailable or expired.
  • Shipping address provided was a PO Box (exclusively serviced by USPS). We can ship to USPS PO Boxes, but not UPS PO Boxes. If UPS is going to be used & we see a PO Box, we require an alternative address before shipment.)
  • A lack of an individual age 21+ to sign for the package.
  • The addressee noted on the package was not known at the shipping address
  • Delivery courier was unable to access the destination (e.g. gated communities, military bases, etc.)
  • Refused by customer at delivery

To prevent returned packages, we recommend verifying the shipping address is correct and deliverable prior to checkout. For customers that would normally be unavailable during delivery hours, we recommend shipping to your business address as any individual 21+ years of age may sign for the package.

If the package was returned due to the carrier being unable to collect an adult signature and proof of ID, Fire And Light reserves the right to deduct a $14 restocking fee from the refund of the order.

Note: Shipping and adult signature fees will be non-refundable.
