How do I return an item?
FIRE & LIGHT IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING ITS CUSTOMERS WITH QUALITY PRODUCTS
AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF WITHIN 45 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR
ORDER , YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, FIRE & LIGHT
WILL GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF YOUR FIRE & LIGHT GLASSWARE.
ALL SALE, WAREHOUSE SALE, PERSONALIZED, CUSTOM, AND SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE IS
CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Please note: Items purchased from www.fireandlight.com cannot be returned to
a Fire & Light retailer, they must be returned directly to Fire & Light. To return an
item, simply print and fill out the
attach the return label to the outside of the box. Send returned items to:

Fire & Light handcrafted glassware is fragile and must be treated with the utmost
in care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials
if you plan to return an item. For your security, please use an insured courier
(FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Fire & Light is
not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All items must be packed
sufficiently and received unbroken to receive full credit on the return. Pending
inspection and approval of returned product, your card will be credited the full
amount of your purchase less shipping charges. All credit card refunds will be
placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles
for the credit to appear on your statement.
Returns Without A Receipt
Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift registry returns, will
be refunded in the form of an exchange at the current selling price of the product.

If you would like to make an exchange, please carefully package the glassware
you're returning and enclose the original receipt along with the exchange form.
Your credit card statement will reflect a credit for your returned item(s) and a
charge for any new item(s) purchased.
Returning Damage, Defective, Or Mis-Shipped Items
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct
product, Fire & Light will provide a prepaid return label. Please contact Fire &

- Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST to obtain a return authorization shipping label
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel
backordered items that have not yet shipped, please contact Fire & Light
